Ingredients

  • 6 cups almond flour
  • 6 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients into a large jar. Mix well with a whisk. Mix can be stored for weeks in a cool pantry or for months in the fridge.
2. To quickly make pancakes just follow the Blueberry Oat Pancake recipe (in Key Ingredient), replacing all dry ingredients with 3 cups of this mix.
