  • 1 24-Ounce Jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red-Pepper Flakes
  • 8 Ounces Whole Wheat Rotini

Step 1

1. In a large saucepan, cook pork over medium heat until no pink remains, using a wooden spoon to break up the meat as it cooks. Drain fat, if any.
2. Add bell pepper strips, marinara sauce, and red pepper flakes to pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Add more red pepper flakes, if desired, to achieve desired heat.
3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta for 8-10 minutes or as directed on the package. Drain pasta and serve topped with sauce.
