Dee's Cornbrad

Sweet and flaky. Freezes well. Good with chili.

Ingredients

• 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 can corn nibblets, drained
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray 7x11" glass or ceramic pan with cooking spray.

Bake for 30 minutes.

(Also good as meal. Heat one drained and rinsed can of black beans with 1/2 jar salsa, and pour over cornbread.)
