Ingredients
- 1 lemon or lime, juiced
- 1 large tomato, seeded
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2-5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 avocados
Preparation
Step 1
Add lemon juice, seeded tomato, red onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin and cayenne to blender. Once blended, remove lid and add avocado. Use the pulse function and pulse until desired chunkiness.
Serve with flaxseed crackers, as a dip with your favorite veggies, in wraps, on burgers, etc.
Store in leftovers in the fridge with avocado pit.
