- 2 eggs - separated
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Beat egg yolks, stir in milk and oil. Add flour, sugar baking powder and salt. Stir just until large lumps disappear. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake and serve.
