Ingredients
- 2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 2 t. CREAM OF TARTAR
- 1 t. BAKING SODA
- 1/4 t. SALT
- 1 1/2 STICK BUTTER
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 1 1/2 t. VANILLA
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 T. CINNAMON

Step 1
BAKE 375 DEGREE
SOFTEN BUTTER. CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR, ADD EGGS AND VANILLA, MIX. ADD FLOUR, CREAM OF TARTAR, BAKING SODA, AND SALT, MIX WELL.
MIX 1/4 CUP SUGAR AND 1 T. CINNAMON TOGETHER.
ROLL INTO 1" BALLS AND ROLL IN SUGAR.
BAKE 8-10 MINUTES.
