Ingredients
- cream filling:
- oatmeal cookie
- 1 1/4 cup butter-softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 cups oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 T. whipping cream

Step 1
oven on 375 beat butter and sugar till creamy, Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. combine soda, flour, salt, and cinnamon in bowl, stir, add oats and mix well. Add to butter mix and blend well. Drop by T. on parchment paper lined pan 2 inches apart. bake 10 minutes and leave on pan for 2 more minutes. let cool on wire rack
filling:
combine ingredients in bowl on low till mixed then on high till light and fluffy
spread 1T between two cooled cookies
