Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 2 TB all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teas salt
- dash pepper
- 8 drumsticks
- 1 TB cooking oil
- 1 7.5 ounce can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 TB minced dried onion
- 2 teas Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teas sugar
- 1/2 teas salt

Step 1
In paper or plastic bag combine flour, ¼ teas salt and pepper. Add drumsticks, 2 or 3 at a time and shake to coat. In a 10” skillet brown chicken in hot oil. Drain off fat. Add undrained tomatoes, dried onion. Worcestershire sauce, sugar and ½ teas salt. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to serving platter. Spoon sauce over chicken.
