Balsamic Strawberries

By

If you've never before tried this combination, you're in for a treat. The balsamic vinegar brings out the berrie's beautiful color and truly enhances their flavor. They make a perfect meal-starter or dessert and can be served by themselves or with cake or vanilla ice cream (non dairy if you coose).

"Balsamic Vinegar of Modena" is a commercial-grade vinegar that is not aged or fermented and includes such additives as caramel, coloring, and thickeners. Look for a high-quality, traditional vinegar, often labeled "Balsamico Tradizionale".
