Garlic Shrimp & Pasta

  • 1 can (14.5oz) chicken broth
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lb medium shrimp
  • cooked thin spaghetti



Step 1

In saucepan mix broth, garlic, parsley, cornstarch and lemon juice. Heat to a boil. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Add shrimp. Cook 5 minutes until shrimp is pink. Toss with spaghetti.
