c creamy peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
c packed brown sugar
Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
c lemon-lime soda
c chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into a 12 inch circle for a 13 inch baking stone. (Lightly flour) Bake 18-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Carefully loosen cookie from stone and cool completely. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in bowl, mixing until smooth. Spread over cooled cookie. Slice apples and dip in lemon-lime soda to prevent browning. Arrange over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Heat caramel in microwave and drizzle over apples. Sprinkle with peanuts.
