Ingredients
- 1/4 of a pineapple or 2 cups of fresh or frozen pineapple
- 4 celery sticks
- Piece of ginger, 1 in./2.5 cm.
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Wash produce.
2.) Chop the ingredients and remove rind from pineapple.
3.) Juice & enjoy!
Substitutions:
Pineapple – apple, pear, cantaloupe (rockmelon), honeydew
Celery – zucchini, cucumber, celeriac
Ginger – mint
