Slow Cooker Lasagna

  • 1 pound ground beef/sausage
  • 1 16oz jar alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 9 "no boil" lasagna noodles
  • 1 28oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef until cooked through; drain and set aside. Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. Spread 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of slow cooker.

Stir remaining pasta sauce, tomato sauce and ground beef together. Layer 3 noodles into slow cooker and top with 1/3 cup alfredo sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Top with a 1/3 of beef mixture. Repeat layers twice and top with remaining noodles and cheese.

Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
