Ingredients
- 1 Leaf of Bok Choy
- 1 Anjou Pear
- 1/2 Frozen Banana (or whole if you need more sweetness)
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 1 handful of Parsley
- 1 cup coconut water or water
Preparation
Step 1
Blend in Vita-mix
Enjoy this one, and if you don't have any Bok Choy in your area
you can swap it out for another leafy green or 1-2 ribs of Celery.
