Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 1/2 bottle of Lawry's Herb and Garlic Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 8 ounces pasta, your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup half and half

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into one inch strips. Using same knife make slits into chicken. Pour Lawry's marinade and pesto over chicken. Marinade overnight.

SAUCE:

Cook Pasta & set aside.

Pour entire batch of chicken, marinade and all, into skillet or Rockcrok, and cook chicken fully (the marinade will evaporate/cook down). Remove from pan.

Heat olive oil & add garlic & pesto until garlic is tender, add chicken broth & simmer in chicken broth until half of the broth has been cooked down. Add tomato sauce. Then add half half. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add pasta, then place chicken on top.
