  • 1 can crescent refrigerated rolls (8)
  • a 8oz pkg reduced calorie cream cheese
  • 2 T sugar substitute
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c coconut
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple in own juice drained

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375. Spread rolls on ungreased 9X13 pan. Seal perforations. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven. In small bowl, combine cr. cheese, sugar sub, lemon juice and eggs. Blend until smooth. Stir in coconut and pineapple. Mix well. Pour mixture over partially baked crust. spread evenly. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is set. Cool completely. Cut into 8 squares

Do not use inexpensive rolls. They do not cover the pan completely.
