Ingredients
- 2 pound pork or beef
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 ounce green chilies diced

Step 1
Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry until brown in oil. Transfer browned meat to the Slow cooker.
Dice potatoes and add to browned meat; slice onions and add, then garlic, salt, chilies and enough water to cover. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Continue to add water if necessary. It will have a soupy consistency.
