Step 1
Boil cold, fresh water
Measure tea (1 teabag or 1 t of leaves per 1 cup water) into mug or pot
Pour water over tea, steep then discard teabag or leaves and enjoy
Water temperature and steeping time vary
Green and White Tea
Just under boiling water (190 degrees), steep for 3 minutes
Black & Herbal Tea
Boiling water, steep 5 minutes
Iced Tea
Try cold brewing
Place tea in cold water (2 teabags or 4 t of leaves per 4 cups water) and steep in the fridge for 8-12 hours
