Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam. In a small bowl mix flour, baking powder & salt; set aside.

Melt butter. Combine butter & sugar. Stir in egg & vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour mixture, then chips & nuts. Divide between muffin cups. Bake 15 - 17 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack before removing from pan.
