Tequila Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 limes
  • 2 oz. tequila

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, melt butter along with enough olive oil to cover the pan. Add chicken breasts. When they begin to brown, reduce heat, add the garlic and tequila and squeeze in fresh lime juice. Cook on medium heat until chicken cooked through.
