ORANGE CAKE - TERESA

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sugar, egg yolks, orange juice and oil Beat for 10 - 15 minutes.

Mix baking powder and flour and fold in batches.

Beat for at least five minutes.

Fold in egg whites.

Pour ingreased tin and bake at 180* for 40 - 45 minutes.

While hot pour over 1 cup of orange juice
