Fried Noodles

Ingredients

  • Cooked pasta
  • 1 lg. onion
  • olive oil
  • paprika

Step 1

Heat oil (about 3-4 tablespoons or so) in a large non-stick skillet over high heat, then add the onions and cook until soft and beginning to brown. Once the onions are nicely browned, add the pasta and give a good stir. Once the pasta starts to get crispy, lower the heat to medium and allow to cook until the pasta gets crunchy. At this point add a healthy sprinkling of paprika over the pasta. You will need to be patient and not stir the pasta too often or it won't get to the crunchy stage.
