Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 5 TBS unsalted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1
Cream cheese should be cold and butter at room temperature.
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until blended. Add sugar a little at a time and beat till its just right.
