Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped vidalia onion (or Walla Walla)
  • 3 cups shredded swiss cheese (shred yourself, pre-shredded package does not work as well)
  • 2 1/2 cups real mayonaise
  • Garlic salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish (quiche dish works well).

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve warm with "scooper" corn chips.
