Ingredients
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 16 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 28 ounces canned tomatoes drained
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pound turkey breast cooked
- 1/2 pound turkey Italian sausage cooked
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
