Swiss Steak III
- 6 minute steaks - (to 8)
- Flour as needed
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 2 sweet banana peppers diced
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 can tomatoes - (16 oz)
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Dredge steaks in flour then brown in skillet. Place all ingredients into a Slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour; then allow to cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
