Braciola Stuffed

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Braciola
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 2 cups Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 tablespoons arugula - chopped
  • Handful all Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Hardboiled Eggs
  • 8 slices Prosciutto

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together with milk and make a paste
Lay out Braciola, then put prosciutto, then paste, then egg. Roll up and secure with tooth pick.

Fry with olive oil and garlic.

Put in Gravy.
