Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can chopped stewed tomatoes - (15 oz)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes - (15 oz)
- 1 can mild green chiles - (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup raw converted rice

Step 1
Brown the ground beef with chopped onion; drain. In a 3 1/2-quart (or larger) Slow cooker, combine the meat mixture with the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
