Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts - chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Coat an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture into egg mixture, stirring until just incorporated. Fold in nuts.
Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and bake until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean - 55 to 65 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
