PUMPKIN PECAN BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Step 1

Mix all but pecans and beat at medium speed 5 minutes. Grease Bundt pan or other tube pan liberally with butter. Sprinkle with flour. Place whole pecans in bottom of pan secured with butter, pour in batter and bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 10-15 minutes. Loosen center and sides with spatula and invert on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream.
