Soups: Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 packages limas
  • 2 packages corn
  • 1/2 large package okra
  • 3 quarts tomato juice
  • Sugar and seasonings to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add potatoes, onions and carrots to boiling water
Boil in 4 bouillon cubes for 15 minutes
Cook limas, corn and okra for 5 minutes the add to soup
Add tomato juice
Seasonings to taste
