  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1



What To Do:
1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat combine apple juice and apples and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until fork tender, stirring occasionally. Remove apples from skillet to a large bowl, leaving the liquid in the pan.

2. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Whisk the dry mixture into the juice in the skillet, cook on medium heat until mixture has thickened. Add the apples back to skillet and stir until evenly coated.
