Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbs light corn syrup
- 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan mix sugar and cocoa, then stir in next 3 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Take off heat.
Immediately the final 3 ingredients.
Stir until sugar is completely blended.
Turn into 8"square pan.
Pat out with fingers.
Cool and Cut into squares.
