  • 3 lbs. pork roast, cut into strips
  • oil
  • celery seed
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • green pepper
  • onion

Step 1

Add a little oil to a pan; pan fry pork roast fast, stirring frequently. Fry for about 10 minutes per batch of meat. Add oil to each batch of meat fried. Pour meat and drippings into roasting pan. Season with celery seed, pepper, garlic salt, green pepper and onions. Add some water to this mixture so that it is not dry. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 2 hours.
