- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- Brown and drain meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3/4 lbs. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 lbs. grated mozzeralla cheese
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. oregano

Cooking time 260mins
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate for at least 4 hours at room temperature. Spread on french or italian bread and broil until cheese is melted.
