Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • LAYER #1:
  • 16 oz. bag of strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • LAYER #2:
  • 7 eggs, separated
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 16 ounce whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients for first layer in a blender, blend till smooth. Set half of this mixture aside. Place other half on bottom of 12 small dessert cups.
2. For second layer beat egg whites till stiff, add sugar. Place in a bowl. Next whip up yolks till pale yellow color add to whites. Then whip up the whip till stiff and add to egg mixture. Divide this mixture in half.
3. Add the strawberry mixture that was set aside to half the white mixture. This will be the second layer.
4. The rest of white mixture will be the third layer.
