Ingredients
- 2-1/4 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c oleo - softened
- 1 carton (8 oz) orange or pineapple yogurt OR 1 c (8 oz) sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel (if desired)
- Bundt or Tube Pan
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup - level off
Combine all ingredients in large bowl - blend at low speed
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed
Pour into greased & floured tube pan
Bake in 325 degree oven 60-70 minutes or until done
place on cooling rack to cool
Cool cake in pan 15 minutes
Remove from pan
Cool completely
