Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 1 package (4-serving size) instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Roll the batter into balls and place on ungreased non-stick cookie sheet(s), 2 inches apart.

Flatten the cookies with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.

Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
