Romesco Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Roasted Red Peppers Diced
  • 1/4 C EVOO
  • 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 C Slivered Almonds Toasted
  • 2 T White Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • Pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add All Ingredients in Food Processor, Pulse Until Sauce Like.

Refrigerate One Hour.
