Twice Baked Potatoes (Melissa's)

Ingredients

  • 3 baking potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1-2 T. chopped green onions
  • Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp while still hot. Add all ingredients to the scooped out pulp , except cheese, and whip until fluffy. Fold in cheese. Stuff mixture into potato shells, sprinkle with additional shredded cheddar and bake at 350° for 30 mins..

Can do ahead and freeze.
