Chicken and Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cut-up fryer
  • 1/2 cup wild rice
  • 1/2 cup white rice
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Butter oblong baking pan.

Mix top ingredients in bottom of pan (excluding chicken).

Layer 1 cup-up fryer on top of mixture.

Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil during last half hour to brown chicken.
