Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2 C celery
  • 2 C onion
  • 10 C cornbread stuffing mix
  • 2 t poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 t dried sage
  • 1/2 t white pepper
  • 3 C chicken brother

Preparation

Step 1

Saute sausage, onion and celery until sausage brown and veggies tender. Drain fat. Mix in stuffing mix and seasoning. Bake, covered with foil in 13x9 pan for 40 min at 350. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until brown.
