Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
- 1/4 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tbsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp onion, minced
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- black pepper
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the chicken into thin slices.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and marinate chicken for 12 hours in the fridge.
3. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes in a pan.
4. Serve with chopped parsley and chopped onion.
