Ingredients
- 8 pork chops (1/2" thick)
- Salt & pepper
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Good for a busy day.
