Ingredients

  • 1 Prebaked 12-in. Pizza Crust
  • 1 T. Olive Oil
  • 1 c. Spinach Dip
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 jar (71/2 oz.) Marinated Quartered Artichoke Hearts (drained)
  • 1/2 c. Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes (pat dry and chop)
  • 1/4 c. Chopped Red Onion

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Place crust on an ungreased pizza pan and brush with the oil. Spread spinach dip over top. Sprinkle with cheese, artichokes, tomatoes and onion.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly browned. Cut into squares.
