Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw pine nuts
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded
- 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 t Celtic sea salt
- 1 5 dried dill (or 1 T fresh)
- 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 2 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1 Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
2 Select Variable 1
3 Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High
4 Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached
5 Transfer to container and refrigerate
Use as a dip for crackers, veggies or in sandwich wraps
