1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Halve potatoes, place potatoes in microwave-safe dish, and cover; microwave on HIGH 8–10 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. 2. Transfer potatoes to 13- x 9-inch baking dish; bake 15 minutes. 3. Remove potatoes from oven; toss with dressing and green onions. Top with cheese and French-fried onions. Bake 2–3 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
