Ingredients
- PEANUT BUTTER LAYER:
- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust
- salted peanuts,chopped
- 8 oz. tofutti cream cheese
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg,beaten
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- CHOCOLATE LAYER:
- 3.5 ounces rosemary pareve chocolate
- 1 tsp. soy or coconut milk
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg,beaten
- 4 oz. tofutti cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. To prepare the peanut butter layer; Beat all ingredients together and spread in pie crust.
2. To prepare the chocolate layer; Melt the chocolate over low heat, add the milk. Beat in rest of ingredients and spread gently over peanut butter layer. Do not overfill.
3. Bake for 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool to room temp. Sprinkle peanuts on top. Chill for at least 6 hours.
