Walnut Almond Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 2 teas vanilla extract
  • 2 teas almond extract
  • 2 teas ground cinnamon
  • 5 c bran flakes cereal
  • 2 1/4 c old fashioned oats
  • 1 3/4 c sliced almonds
  • 1 3/4 c walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/3 c sweetened flake coconut
  • 1 1/2 c golden raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 325. Mix first 4 ingredients and cinnamon in small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until warm. Mix cereal and next 4 ingredients in large bowl. Pour warm honey mixture over and toss to coat.

Divide granola mixture between 2 rimmed baking sheets, spreading evenly. Bake until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes, about 25 minutes total. Sprinkle raisins over and cool.
