Ingredients
- 1 red pepper cut into quarters
- 1 orange pepper cut into quarters
- 1 green pepper cut into quarters
- 1 vidalia or red onion cut into 6 slices
- 8 mushrooms halved
- 1 tsp olive oil
- DRESSING
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small garlic clove crushed

Step 1
preheat the barbeque or broiler to medium-high heat.in a large bowl toss the vegetables with 1 tsp olive oil.place vegetables on baking sheet to broil or directly on barbeque.grill or broil until slightly blackened.whisk dressing ingredients together.toss the vegetables and sreve at room temperature.
